The Long Road (2026)
A normal day isn’t always as easy as it seems.
The Long Road follows a day in the ‘new normal’ life of Josh, a man struggling with Long Covid and chronic fatigue. It is a fictional story based on the writer's personal four-year-long road towards recovery from Long Covid. The mission is to bring to life the under-told story of people with invisible illness, providing vital on-screen representation and raising awareness for a potentially life-altering chronic condition.
Through one story of struggle with Long Covid, we see a striking example of the day-to-day experience that has been felt by millions in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
